Après une première période passée en studio pour l'enregistrement de leur prochain album, Sleeping At Last rejoint son "home studio" ... à découvrir en image ici. Le groupe semble ravi de prendre un peu de temps loin de tout ...

Hey there,

We've wrapped up our first session at the studio and are now back at home in our makeshift home studio. We took Saturday as a day off and got back to work on Sunday. Bjorn Thorsrud, who has worked on our past two came out to the house to help us set up some of the things we are renting from him for our home studio. He brought a really nice Neuman microphone for vocals along with a compressor, a preamp and some studio speakers. It was good to see Bjorn and catch up. We haven't seen him a while. Once we were all set up we opened up a bunch of the songs and we were happy to hear that after a day off they still sounded good. It's good to have even just a little time away from everything and get a little perspective and have it still sound good. Monday it was back to just Ryan and I. We worked on recording some of my keyboard parts for the cleverly titled "Ukulele Song". We really need to come up with some real titles for these songs. It all went great and we're really glad to be working from the comfort of home. See you soon.
